OBAMA + 6 in Texas BUT ITS ARG

Obama + 6 according to ARG, which means he's probably down at least 10 .... (and I say this an Obama supporter).

That's the reverse of 3 other polls.. they also seem to have Wisconsin reversed (Clinton up instead of down) when compared to other polls.

Unless another poll comes out which also has Obama up, I'd say "outlier".

Not an outlier... just a bad polling place.

Yeah I agree, I'd like to see SurveyUSA on texas but they are too busy polling North Carolina which is very far away ...

They also messed up on New Hampshire (none / 0)

They had Clinton ahead by 9 in Iowa and Obama up by as much as 12 in New Hampshire.  I don't now how they have money to run polls because they're terrible.

You mean this one? (none / 0)

Re: You mean this one? (none / 0)

Yes. It's pretty detailed and persuasive. Hillary supporters can thank two phenomena:
1) Tom DeLay and Texas racists for spreading the black vote out to keep Hillary's margins low and cramming blacks into a few HIGH DELEGATE districts that voted heavily for Kerry and Bell.

2) Latinos in the Rio Grande Valley got suckered into voting for George W. Bush. As a result, Democratic turnout down there was low enough that those Senate districts only get 4 delegates a piece. Hillary can thank these disloyal Democrats for her delegate loss.

Re: OBAMA + 6 in Texas BUT ITS ARG (none / 0)

"22% of likely Democratic primary voters say they would never vote for Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primary and 20% of likely Democratic primary voters say they would never vote for Barack Obama in the primary."

They probably got that one right. I imagine it's their Latino math that is off, but who knows. If Clinton wins WI & Obama TX, then ARG will be the hero.

I think we will ALL be fucking shocked if THAT scenario happened!

Re: Yes, ARG should be ignored (none / 0)

I'd by really proud to win because of GOP racist gerrymandering.

The popular vote is going to mean a great deal in this primary race and will end up weighing heavily on the SDs from Texas and other large states.

Probably... good thing Obama has the PV lead overall... in EVERY scenario.

Re: OBAMA + 6 in Texas BUT ITS ARG (none / 0)

I'm not sweating any polls until AFTER Wisconsin.  The race changes on a dime so until we see what happens in WI, the polls don't mean much.

Re: OBAMA + 6 in Texas BUT ITS ARG (none / 0)

if arg says clinton is down, she'll lose.  nearly every one of their polls has shown her with either a huge advantage, or slim deficit, only for her to lose.
